More statistics| LisaGT My name is Lisa. I am 41, 5'9, 181. I am a mother of three girls (10,14,16). My profession is Massage Therapist. I get quite a workout weekly with performing massage therapy but my lower body doesn't get the workout that the upper body gets. I decided after gaining about 20 lbs. over the last year that it was time to stop overeating and get with the program. Its hard to believe that I started this program in 2007, thought it was two years ago. Now I have gone from 181 lbs to 202. I know I am at risk for health problems so... here I am humbly starting More ...
