Welcome to my Page! I hope to inspire others to reach their goals so I became a Beachbody Coach in order to do so! A little about myself. I am a mother of a soon to be 4 year old little girl, I am a wife to an amazing man for the past 7 years, I work from home. Everything seems to fall in place....except for my weight or atleast it likes to fall in a place far from where I would like it to be! I Welcome to my Page! I am a mother of a soon to be 4 year old little girl, I am a wife to an amazing man for the past 7 years, I work from home. Everything seems to fall in place....except for my weight or atleast it likes to fall in a place far from where I would like it to be! I have struggled with my weight since I was young. I can remember being placed on a diet when I was 8 years old. Before I met my husband I found my soul workout, Kickboxing. I lost 70 lbs! I was at the boxing gym 6 days a week kicking and punching the heavy bag or working out with a trainer, I was in great shape! When I met my husband I fell off the workout wagon. The weight started to come back on slowly and then quickly. I was heavier then ever! Up and down some weight here and there but never getting down to an ultimate healthy weight. I started using Beachbody products with Turbo Jam back in 2008. I lost a little weight but never committed myself to it to really make the life change and stopped working out again. Last year I saw a picture on facebook a friend had tagged me in. It was from her wedding and I was mortified! I quickly untagged myself and vowed to make a change. In February of 2010 I started Insanity with Shaun T. It was such a match to my soul workout. So raw, intense, and addicting. Here I sit, 50 lbs lighter and still on my journey to health and happiness! My quality of life has improved so drastically, I am happier, my marriage is stronger, and my daughter has a mother who can run and play with her and not feel winded jumping around to Yo Gabba Gabba with her! Like I said, my journey isn't over, I still have 25lbs I want to lose before I go into my next journey of having another child. I, like you, struggle to find a balance of family, work, fitness, and happiness. Please join me on my fitness journey! As I said in my Bio, my real transformation started in the form of my "Before" photo from my friends wedding in January 2010. In February a friend introduced me to Insanity. The first 60 days were amazing! I lost almost 20lbs and countless inches. Insanity was the raw, no frills, workout I had been looking for. Over the next several months I did countless Insanity workouts and substituted in Turbo Jam, P90X, Brazilian Butt Lift, Zumba, and several other workouts to keep me from reaching boredom. Here I sit, 50lbs lighter and 100 x's happier. The journey is still happening and I would love to have others share in the ride! Whether your goal is to get in shape, lose weight, gain muscle or just maintain - - working out with friends and being surrounded with like minded people make the journey amazing!
