Well let me first start off by saying thanks for visiting my site! I am a 26 year old male who right now is an aspiring firefighter. I love the outdoors and I am very involved in anything fitness.

For myself fitness is something that helps complete me in a number of different ways. Fitness is where i go to get away from the everyday struggles I have. I have been involved in fitness since I was in High School and ever since then I have tried and maintain a lifestyle that keeps me close to fitness and ultimately getting that job as a firefighter.
I love to compete in triathalons and living in Southern California I have the opportunity to compete in as many as I can during the season. Triathalons are very physically demanding and staying in top shape year round is very important and milliondollar body helps keep me focused and is an awesome tool for anyone.
