Hello,

I am a 34-year-old man with a lovely wife and three boys ages six, four, and
one. I use to be very active and was considered a jock in school, which kept
me in good shape. Since High school my health has become very poor, and
with each child I became heavier and heavier. I started Power90 at 206lb with
a 42" belly.

My motivations to start Power 90 and change my life was a combination of a
couple of things that happened in 2007 & 2008. On August 8, 2007, I found
a mass that was diagnosed as Testicular Cancer. I was lucky I caught it early
so they were able to remove the cancer and with Radiation Therapy, there are
no signs of cancer (1-year cancer free ). The Radiation took a lot more out of
me then I had anticipated, and I am just now starting feel like I have some
energy back (three young boys may have something to do with lack of energy
). During the last year, I kept saying I wish I had been in better shape as I
went through the treatment for my cancer, it would have been so much
easier especially where we just had our third child, 3 months earlier. At this
point I knew I wanted to change how I felt and if I looked better because of it
then great. The second reason has to do with my second son. I was lying with
my four-year-old one night before
bed and he asked if his mother could lay with us too. Jokingly I told him that
his daddy was to fat and the bed could not hold all of us, and then came the
slap in the face, he replied yes you are. What can I say kids can be
brutally honest. Once I heard that, I started Power 90 the next day and have
not looked back since.

My Goal is to be in the best shape of my life four years from now, when I can
say I am cancer free and feel like my body is healthy and clean.

Transformation story

I started Power 90 with a goal to say I am cancer free in four years and to
have a body that feels like it is disease free. After 90 days with Tony and the

I started Power 90 with a goal to say I am cancer free in four years and to
have a body that feels like it is disease free. After 90 days with Tony and the
crew I feel better then I have ever felt, my energy is way up, I am happier and
excited about each day, and I feel amazing. I still want to say I am Cancer
Free, four years from now, but my goal has changed, I would like to spread
the word on how awesome the products and people are at Beach Body and to
get others fighting cancer to give these programs a try, and see what it can do
for their bodies, mind, and spirit. Thank you Beach Body for helping me
become a better person!

I first started Power 90 with the mindset it is only 90 days then I will be done
and I can go back to sitting on the couch and enjoying the pleasure of food
and relaxation. Boys was I ever wrong, as I kept pressing play my body
started to change, in the first 30 days I had lost 15 pounds and 12 inches off
my body. I felt great physically and mentally, my attitude and how I approach
life was starting to change for the better. After my Radiation Treatment for
cancer, I felt awful physically and mentally. It is hard to explain but I felt like
my body was diseased and decaying, which made me depressed, angry, and
discouraged. I did not know how to get these feelings out of my head until I
came across the P90X infomercial and saw how the beach body products not
only changed real peoples physical appearance, but also their mental outlook
on life. After the first 30 days, I could see the mental image of myself
improving and as I finished the full 90 days of Power 90 I felt alive for the
first time in over a year and had turned the tied on cancer. I decided I am not
going back to the unhealthy place I once was at and plan to feel healthy for
the rest of my life. I do not know if my cancer will come back or not, I have
no control over that, but I know my body will never feel as sick as I did a year
ago thanks to Beach Body, Power 90, and P90X.

I would be mistaken if I said I accomplished this transformation on my own. I
received unconditional love, understanding, and encouragement from my
wife and three sons, and received a tremendous amount of motivation from
my Rowdy friends on the message boards. When I signed up for
teambeachbody.com I was assigned a coach, who has been very helpful in
answering question, encouraging me, and getting me involved with the
message boards where I have met so many nice people working hard to
improve themselves and others. Without the support of my family, coach and
message board friends it would have been easy to give up or not push as
hard as I did for the results. So to all you out there THANKS!

After 90 days with Power 90, I lost a total of 26 pounds and 20.75 inches off
my body. I am on week 2 of P90X and love every minute of it and my new
life. I look forward to the day I can say I am Cancer Free, however I already
feel I am Alive and Healthy and I owe it all to Power 90 and P90X.

For anyone else out there fighting or recovering from Cancer, give these
programs a try, you will be amazed at what your body can do and how great
you can feel!
