I was a skinny, active kid until about age 12, when I started working (and constantly eating) at an ice cream shop. I was about 30-50 pounds overweight through my teens and as a college student. Though I carried the extra weight, I became very interested in health and fitness at a young age, and remember reading "Fit for Life, the Diamond Method" at 12 and developing a diet workout
