“I know, without a doubt, that I am doing now what I was put on this earth to do. Through movement, fitness and dance I hope to inspire and motivate others to feel beautiful, comfortable and confident in their own skin…”
"One of my greatest strengths is my ability to motivate, to get people up and moving, no matter what shape or mood they are in. I have also found unique and exciting ways to combine all kinds of dance moves-ballet, hip-hop, jazz-with fitness-step aerobics, cardio and weights—into a thorough, fun workout. I bring energy, a passion for what I do and a great deal of excitement to all of my classes. My mantras are “Just Dance”, “Confidence is beauty”, “Strong is the new thin”, I believe we are all strong and beautiful and brought together for a certain purpose."
