Hi Everyone! My name is Elizabeth and I'm a Beachbody Coach. Long story short, I started this whole thing because my fiance decided to order P90X in Jan 2009 for our wedding in Sept 2009. Both of us decided to do P90X to get us in shape and to look really good for our wedding pictures. Well, what we thought would be only a 90 day adventure turned into a 6 month journey. I not only completed 1 round of P90X, but I am in the midst of finishing my THIRD round of the program. I've lost 20 pounds in the first 90 days and an additional 10 pounds since then.

The most amazing thing about all of this is the fact that in 2006 I was involved in a major car accident that literally rendered me bed ridden for months. I had a major back injury that left me with a permanent disability rating for my back. P90X has not only helped me strengthen my back and core but allow me to be active again. I can run again, and I can be active without having to worry about my back. I used to have to carry a pillow around with me everywhere I went to help me when I had to sit down. But not anymore! I am so thankful for this program and this coaching opportunity. I have met so many great people as a result of it.
