When I was going through a divorce I remember picking up some pretty bad habits that were'nt conducive to good health. I was sitting on the couch one day and I saw the P90x infomercial. It immediately caught my interest. I told my girlfriend about it and she surprised me with it on my birthday. After the first week I knew if I committed to completing this workout program I would be in the best shape of my life. I had gone to the gym before but there was plenty of guesswork involved. Well, P90x took all the guesswork away and also my workouts always left me feeling like I had plateaued. P90x was developed with to prevent that same thing from happening. I lost about 3 inches around my waist, my energy level increased significantly, my friends start telling me I looked different and I really felt different, better, confident and more youthful. I will be a p90x user for the rest of my life! Now, I want to share with as many people as I can how P90x has changed my life and how it can change there's too.
