I am 39, live in Pennsylvania, and I want to shed the weight that has slowly crept on. Once upon a time, I worked out quite a bit, and was 15 lbs lighter. That was in my 20's, and now, in my late 30's, I want to re-reveal the body underneath all that! I am getting married in July, which is added incentive~
Part of that weight came on after moving from MN to PA. Moving away from my home, I am 39, live in Pennsylvania, and I want to shed the weight that has slowly crept on. Once upon a time, I worked out quite a bit, and was 15 lbs lighter. That was in my 20's, and now, in my late 30's, I want to re-reveal the body underneath all that! I am getting married in July, which is added incentive~
Part of that weight came on after moving from MN to PA. Moving away from my home, family, friends, etc... has attributed to that weight gain. I want to go to a clothing store and be able to look great in most things I try on vs. settling on something that hides my flaws.

My transformation goals are both internal and external at this time. I need to have a healthier relationship with food, and get more exercise. My coach is a very healthy eater, and I am now more aware of the negative effects of diet soda, sugar, corn syrup, white flour, etc..., and I am applying healthier choices more frequently. I have also been working on being more open about my battles with food. That is a transformation for me, as I rarely opened up to others about these things in the past. I have a wonderful coach, who is helping me a great deal.
