I've been a part-time fitness instructor for the YMCA for 7 years, teaching step aerobic,body sculpting and turbo kick. I always thought as long as I worked out I didn't have to watch what I ate, then slowly, little by little I gained weight, almost without realizing it. My highest weight has 167. At 5'1 1/2 inches, I looked like a round circle. So I joined weight watchers and lost 25 pounds 5 years ago. I gained almost all of it back and now am trying to get back to my happy weight of 140. I exercised, but I didn't eat very well. Now I'm very focused, teach classes, wellness coach and track my meals and workouts while trying to help other people do the same.
