I started Slim in 6 on October 9 and finished that program. Then, I took 2 recovery weeks and started the Slim Series. By the end of Slim in 6 I had lost 6 pounds and 9.5 inches from all over my body. More ...
I started Slim in 6 on October 9 and finished that program. Then, I took 2 recovery weeks and started the Slim Series. By the end of Slim in 6 I had lost 6 pounds and 9.5 inches from all over my body. I felt great and I looked a lot better but I still had some improvements to make. Then I completed 4 weeks of the Slim Series. I lost about 3 more pounds but I could really start to see more definition in my abs and my thighs, particularly. After that I took another recovery week and started Power 90 on Jan. 8, 2007. I really enjoyed the first month but, afterwards I realized it wasn't for me. I had a bit of a slip up for a couple weeks and gained back about 5 pounds...don't ask how it happened, it just snuck up on me. But I'm ready to get serious. I want to be healthy. I don't care about the number on the scale anymore because it only discourages me; I mainly want to get my little "potbelly" down to 30 inches. Right now it's 32.5 so I'm not far from my goal! I still need to work on my emotional eating problem but I know that, slowly but surely, I WILL reach my goals!
