Recently married, and we have an awesome finnish spitz. Currently, my full
time job consists of working in the coolest Alzheimer's disease laboratory.
My "other" job is teaching people how to exercise and making it FUN! I also
love taking on new challenges. These past years, I've run 3 marathons, 2 half
marathons, 3 Camp Pendleton Mud Runs, 1 San Diego Mud Run, 2 bike races,
and placed

Before I started Turbo 6 years ago, I was smoking "2 packs a day", and eating
takeout for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Then one day, I decided to change all
that. I enrolled into a local gym which had Turbo as one of their exercise
classes. Since then, I have never looked back after my first Turbo class.
