More statistics| MT28 I am a 39 year old father of two boys. About six years ago, I decided to get into shape so I could keep up with my sons. At the time, I weighed 240 pounds and was in really bad shape. I was determined that I needed to get my life in order and lose weight. I went on a diet and started working out and lost about 60 pounds. Over the last 6 years, I have been successful keeping the weight off. | ?
