I have always struggled with self image and my weight. But after I had my daughter I knew I had to get my act together for her sake, let alone my own. I dont want her to grow up with those same body image issues that I have had.

I started running and I joined Weight Watchers and began my learning process. I learned a whole lot about myself in MANY areas of my life by working out and striving

I joined Weight watchers to get my food on track and also have a thyroid issue which is being adressed and now I am workout out 6 days a week for about 5-8 hours a week. I am currently training for a half marathon in September. I just finished my 11 my long run last week (8-20-09) and hope to get one more long run in before the big day.
