I became committed to the beachbody workout program. I decided to use my Club Membership and I followed the low carbohydrate diet. I began to use Shakeology as a meal replacement and I started working out 6 days a week with the Insanity program by Shaun T.

So far I have lost 20 pounds and even though I am working hard to lose more, I am so happy that I made a decision to focus on my health.
