Hi my name is Mandee Casey and my passion is fitness. I enjoy exploring different ways to get better at what I do, and that is to help people achieve their goals. I had the honor of being part of the challenging Insanity workout videos and now the new ASYLUM work out videos created by Shaun. I hold a BA degree in Health and Exercise Science from Rowan University and I also hold a MS degree from C.U.P in Health and Exercise Science/Fitness Management. I am currently a Fitness Manager for a large community center in which I also teach Group Exercise classes. I hold certifications from American Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Group Exercise; American Council of Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer; Yogafit Level 1, 2 and 3; Johnny G Spinning; Powerflex; Resist-A-Ball; Physical Mind Institute Pilates Mat; Nutrition Specialist, BOSU.
