HELLO! I am a 44 ,I know i need to do somthing about my physical health for years was not ready for it....now I am so pump and I will do it because is for me Yeah! I have busy life work in French immersion school. I like to be a inspiration to those children , as well in the healthy life style . I was out of breath a lot tired and feel like a big blob!! Enough is enough I took my self to the side

Enough is enough I took my self to the side and a real serious talk ... see now I am here feel good about my changes and I share it with people who looking for a change but don't know what yet ...I did look at myself on a still photo for WOWY omg! I was choke by what , I saw that can'nt be ME!!! omg what happen to you I did say to my self well that is my motivation that photo to shed the old anger, frustrations all the negatif attitudes off from my healthy transformting body ... So that is it LET MOVING ON....
