P90X, Round 2! I'm back for more. It's been almost a year since I started my first round of the X and I am very excited. I was pleasantly surprised with my results the first time. I lost and managed to keep off 13 pounds (mostly through running--training for a half-Marathon in May). But I want more. I am going for this second round to lose an additional 10 pounds (if more, great!).

My overall goal is to gain muscle mass, tone up, and just look great in anything I want to wear. I'm currently hiding under hoodies and recently passed up a trip to Jamaica because I was horrified at the thought of wearing a bathing suit in public. I hope to shed some excess weight (currently 136 lbs. starting out, hope to reach around 110 to 115 lbs.) and be able to run with Marine friend and show him I can do a pull up! Haha.
