More statistics| MarkCim Valley Springs, CA I am now 33 years old. I have a wife and 4 kids. I am wanting to workout to lose my extra weight so I can be there for my kids. I work in a Hospital in IT and I need to do more then just walk and jog almost every day. I have it a weight that it is hard to break. So I want to be in the 170-180 range. I am 248.8 lbs right now.
