Over the last few years, I have found myself getting very sick in the winter months. This never used to be an issue for me. I was also starting to build up a nice collection of luv handles on my sides and I noticed my stomach was starting to grow. That was enough for me!

When I started with the Power 90 program, I was only able to get through 30% of the sweat 1-2 DVD on the first day. The Sculpt 1-2 was a little easier for me, but I still was not able to finish it More ...
When I started with the Power 90 program, I was only able to get through 30% of the sweat 1-2 DVD on the first day. The Sculpt 1-2 was a little easier for me, but I still was not able to finish it the first 2 sessions. During the first four sessions, I felt very sick and light headed and had to stop before the end of the segment.

By the end of week 1, I noticed the sick feeling was fading away and by the beginning of week 2, I was able to get completely through both sweat and sculpt without feeling sick. On my rest day at the end of week 2, my left shoulder really started hurting bad. Every time I would move my arm I would feel pain. So, I am babying it until it feels better.

Other than that, I try to walk 2 miles about 3 times a week. The diet has been hard for me because I am always on the go and do not have a lot of time to cook. It makes it very rough, but I am doing the best I can. Cutting out the snacks in the evening has really helped a lot. I was starving all night for the first 3 nights, but after that, my body didn't seem to miss the snacks.
