As a Beachbody Coach, I can help you achieve your goals through motivation, tips, answering questions you may have, or even be that shoulder if you need it. If I am unable to answer certain questions, I promise you to research anything I can because I am determined to help you reach your goals!
Let me tell you a little more about myself...
...I'm 49 and 7 months into the program I've lost 70 pounds and 10 inches off my waist! This is definitely my vehicle to making fitness part of my life...a permanent part.
My intent is to change my life one day at a time working on physical, spiritual, mental, nutritional aspects simultaneously.
I started the program on Monday, July 11, 2011 at first weigh in of 322.8 lbs. Fitness has always been a goal of mine, but going to the gym and walking the treadmill, or riding the bike was never a consistent part of my routine. In the past I was either on a diet, or trying a new workout program only to quit before ever getting truly started.
The big milestones I am preparing for in my life, turning 50 on June 1, 2012, then celebrating my 25th wedding anniversary on August 27, 2013.
As a born again Christian since February 2004...I've given my heart and mind over to Jesus Christ..now it is time to give my body over as well....the total package.
I'm tired of being out of shape, and out of breath, and having to pay extra $$ to go to specialty big and tall stores to find 5xl shirts and size 54 waist pants. (as of 2/19/12 at 44 waist pants ...woo hoo...)
That's my story...a proven new chapter in my life....and not just another passing fad!!!

I became a Coach on 11/19/11 after losing 35 lbs in 4 months in confident that my 100lb weight loss goal is achievable with this program.
Thanks and God bless,

2 Month Update: finished 2x28 day schedules with 10 Minute Trainer, lost 22 lbs, and feel great! Thinking about moving up to Power90
4 Month Update: I lost 2.2 pounds since my last weigh-in! I've lost 35.8 pounds so far. Puts me at 287.2 lbs on 11/12/11. That is 4 months on Beach Body...started my journey on 7/11/11.
Have run into some medical complications along the way. Like being limited to the warm up and cool down and only 1 10 minute trainer dvd at an excercise session. Even going for a 2nd 10 minutes gives me lots of chest decongestion, hacking, coughing, spitting, it is not pretty.
I've been to 2 breathing tests so far, good news I do not have asthma, bad news - dx still undetermined. Chest x-ray was bad...going to see a lung specialist in mid December 2011.
Became a Coach on 11/19/11 Let the journey continue and may all the Glory be to God who strengthens me.
Started Power 90 December 12, 2011. at 282.4 lbs. Lost another 10 pounds for my 30 day weigh-in on January 14, 2012 at 272.5 lbs. The waistline for my pants is now a 47 from 54 when I started in July.
Medical Update - January 31, 2012 went back for my 30 day visit with the Lung Specialist. Ladies & gentleman I am happy to report that there is no problem, lungs are clear within 77% of the range where 80% is the norm. No dx, no medications, no workout restrictions. The doctor did notice I had lost 20 pounds since my previous visit. This is great news! Thank the Lord for such a wonderful blessing!!
60 days into Power 90..2/18/12...have lost another 10 pounds since last weigh in..total of 20 pounds lost with Power 90...total overall loss at 60.9 pounds...but the coolest part...bought new pants this weekend..size 44 waist...when I started I was at a 54 waist..lost 10 real inches off my waist!!!
