Cleveland, OH My weight has been a long road of ups and downs, since my motor vehicle accident in 1995. After my accident I was incapacitated for 4 months and gained about 60lbs. I was very very depressed, going from being active, to inactive. Therefore, I have struggled with my weight every since. In 2008 I saw a infomercial about HipHop Abs. So I called and purchased. I tried the workout for about 2 months My weight has been a long road of ups and downs, since my motor vehicle accident in 1995. After my accident I was incapacitated for 4 months and gained about 60lbs. I was very very depressed, going from being active, to inactive. Therefore, I have struggled with my weight every since. In 2008 I saw a infomercial about HipHop Abs. So I called and purchased. I tried the workout for about 2 months and gave up, because of the back pain, and knee pain. That simply meant I did nothing, and my weight would go up and down never losing more then 5 to 6 pounds at a time. In January of 2009, I set a goal that I wanted to lose 50lbs by the time I turn 45 years old, which was May 23rd of that year, "five months right" I thought that was ample time. However this goal was unreasonable and it turned out the goal was not even close to been reached. So between then and April 2010, I would do just a little here and there, really no focused at all on my weight. It wasn't until I received an letter from my doctor on April 13th 2010, that my life changed. He wanted me to come in a take a glucose test, and I said to myself no way do I want diabetes, something has to be done NOW!!! My wife in so many words have tried to tell me that my weight wasn't healthy. But I wasn't hearing her. On this day I heard her loud and clear,she encourged me to join weightwatchers, so I did. That was ok, but I needed to move, I need to exercise. So what could I do, and what would I do to get through the aches and pains. I started walking as much as I could tolerate.Yet I new I need to do more.I went and dusted off Shawn T's HipHop Abs DVD's, and started very very very slowly. Through the pain I committed to doing the workout daily inconjuction with my daily walking. At first it was extremely hard, back pain, two bad knees. Yet every day I found the strength to keep going. I did HipHop Abs up until September 5th 2010, and it has changed my life, I have lost 52lbs, and no diabetes very little knee pain, and can't recall the last time I had back pain. I look forward now to working out to P90X, which I started September 5th 2010, to lose the remaining 33lbs. I would like to tone-up, and getting healthier. My life has truly changed, I have more endurance,more stamina,I'm happier, and my wife love's it. However she hasn't seen anything yet!!! Wait until I finish the P90X program! Bring It Tony!!!!!!!!!! I,m starting my 2nd round of P90X. I did the lean on the first round. Now I will be doing the classic. While I did't lose on the scale, I lost 9.27% of my Body fat with the lean program. My goal is to continue to work hard in bring it daily. Can't wait to see round 2 results.

I have started round 3 of P90X after a round of Insanity, and walking outside for the last 3 months. I am still working on the stubborn fat around my midsection.
