Visalia, CA Since I was married in '94 I gained 55 lbs. Moving around 11 times didn't help. It upset my workout and eating on the road led to bad eating habits. I use to weigh 140. It's time to get my body back! "Maryitstime" I'm 48. I work at an Architect Firm and sit most of the day drafting so I need to start using all my workout videos again. I have many video's, Turbo Jam, The Firm, Winsor Since I was married in '94 I gained 55 lbs. Moving around 11 times didn't help. It upset my workout and eating on the road led to bad eating habits. I use to weigh 140. It's time to get my body back! "Maryitstime" I'm 48. I work at an Architect Firm and sit most of the day drafting so I need to start using all my workout videos again. I have many video's, Turbo Jam, The Firm, Winsor Pilates, Body Flex, The Method Pecission Toning,etc. No excuses! My favorite is "The Firm" workouts with weights, I had a couple surgery's too that put be back too. Back surgery in my lower back...my disk was pinching my nerve and I couldn't stand up more that 3 minutes at a time. Why did that happen??? I don't know. I'm 5'9 1/2" Tall and my wt. is at 180. I already lost 15 lbs. with Nutrisytem. "Yippe", But now it's time to workout faithfully...so I've decided IT'S TIME!. Now I'm now going organic and concentrating on cleaning out the junk. I've been through alot in the last 6 years,(My mom passing, my dad getting remarried, my guilt at pitting my daughter against my generous husband, taking our savings money dishonestly and giving it to me daughter, my daughters dishonesty and manipulation of my husband, financial struggles, but feel I'm out of that woods and looking forward to today and tomorrow! Everyone is doing better now and I'm so excited for my transformation in progress, I'm feeling stronger and am excited about the challenges ahead. I'm going to co-dependent meetings and learning to take care of myself again. And I thank God for this site which really motivates me to get up and get moving. We need each other for motivation and support! I pray for blessings for all of you and your goals and health!

My transformation is still underway, have some work to do yet. Eating healthier, exercising almost every morning except on Sundays with my wowy buddies. I'm feeling alot firmer and I can start to see some real muscle tone starting to show. It's had taken awhile to uncover the muscle. LOL! But it's happening. I like what my coach said. "What's your hurry?" So if I can lose 1 or 2 lbs here and there until I get to my goal, it'll happen.
