I am a mom of four beautiful children, ages 4-7 (yes a set of twins in the middle) I have been given these children and love to be very active with them, but lately I have been a bit overwhelmed and way too stressed out. I have found Million Dollar Body, and I can't wait to let go of the weight, the stress and I look forward to sharing my success with all of you as we travel this journey to good

Transformation story

Each day I work out I feel better. A few months ago, I would have aches just walking upstairs or get winded chasing my kids around. Today I don't think about it. My knees don't ache, and my kids are not wearing me out. It is a wonderful feeling to feel nothing. No pain, no heavy chest, just good! Mentally working out has given me a better attitude to handle the everyday life with my family. It used to be a struggle to get up in the morning. Now my brain says "time to tackle the day!"
