I am a mom of two little boys (4.5 and 2.5 years old) and I have a full time job which takes me out of thee house five days a week from 9-6:30. My biggest issues are tied together. Business lunches and portion control. I have lunch out of the office at least three days a week and even ordering the best choice on the menu still means going over where I would like to be in calories.

I have been up and down forever and in fact today was the first day I braved the scale in months. Sadly I was up 10 pounds. ouch. My plan is to press play everyday. I hope to get my husband and a friend to join me for the workouts so I don't get bored.

I will check back in with my progress in about one month!

OK, 30 days and I have to say my body has been slow responding. I never pop big numbers though so I just have to keep on pressing play and really watching what I eat. I have faith though.
