I have realized that eating healthy can become a habit and not just another task. It is easy to fit in those healthy extras like fruit and vegetables. Also, it is very easy today to replace those routine bad foods with healthier and sometimes more affordable alternatives. I no longer see food as the enemy, instead I use it as a tool to feeling better and looking better. I also work fitness in where I can. I have very busy schedule. I have decided to no longer use the excuse of time as the reason for skipping workouts. I've learned that as long as I do something, that alone is better than nothing. If I don't have time to do a full hour workout, than I do a thirty minute workout and let the guilt go. Fitness is not just about looking good, but its about feeling good too!
