My name is Meagan, I am 25 years old and I am an active duty Air Force member currently serving in Hawaii. I have been active duty for almost 7.5 years and love what I do. After my father was put into a nursing home due to alcoholism at age 50, I did the worst thing and turned to food. At the beginning of this year, I decided it was enough and set a goal for myself that by the end of the year I would work the 40 pounds I gained off. The first six months I did self work-outs and managed my own diet. I lost 20 pounds in six months, than I started Insanity. I tried it before, but never was able to complete the whole 63 day program. Finally, I did it! From the program I gained more endurance, motivation, and energy. I than started The Aslyum, and ordered P90X to do next. I have lost a total of 30 pounds and feel great. I love doing the Beachbody workouts, and just found a group to work out with here in Hawaii.

My goals for 2011 were to complete Asylum and P90X than hopefully become a BeachBody coach and motivate my brothers and sisters in the Military and local community where I serve to get as physically fit as they can.

Goals and Accomplishments I have achieved from January to November 2011:

30 Pounds lost
Won Beale AFB Best: Physical Fitness Challenge, for Bench, Squat and 5K Run
Participated in 10 Mile Tough Mudder Obstacle Course, raised $500 for Wounded Warrior Project
Complete Insanity

Can't wait to see if I reached my goal by the end of the year!

Its the end of the year and I have to report that on top of my previously reported accomplishment I have also completed Insanity: The Aslyum and started P90X.
