I'm 54 years old and wanting to get back in shape. I started running a few years ago, but found that I have been lacking "something" ... always hitting a plateau and finding it impossible to get over. I'm ready to go all the way in this program and start feeling better again.

I'm a 54 year old man who was totally frustrated w/ his physical condition. Illnesses had destroyed any gains I had made running and weight lifting and I just couldn't get over the "hump" that everyone hits ... so I'd given up. When my second health screening came back showing my health age 10 years older than my chronological age, I decided I could wait no longer. Having watched the P90X infomercial several times late at night (with a big bowl of ice cream), I finally determined there just wasn't a catch ... that gimmick that makes the thing work. The only "catch" I could see was that I needed to commit to seeing it through. So now I'm pushing play ... EVERY morning at 3:30. I love it and I'm looking forward to the results.
