I'm a single mother of 2 little daughter whose dream is to able to have the energy and time to spend with them. As I get older I realize that I'm not a young and active as I use to be. With the birth of my 1st daughter, I would say I was denied that I had gained so much weight. I guess I did want to believe it. Then I notice that people was pointing little things out about my appearance. As

I'm a single mother of 2 little daughter whose dream is to able to have the energy and time to spend with them. As I get older I realize that I'm not a young and active as I use to be. With the birth of my 1st daughter, I would say I was denied that I had gained so much weight. I guess I did want to believe it. Then I notice that people was pointing little things out about my appearance. As someone in denial, I just don't allow their words to get to me. So I continue to eat. It was until the birth of my 2nd daughter and a very bad relationship that let me see that I had truly let myself go. I was never an unattentive person, but I feel that I was going to eat and do what I want to do and noone can stop. When with the end of a bad relationship,I have gained over 200 lbs. I decided that I was tired of being mistreated, especially when I'm the one whose is doing it to me. So here is where I'm at now. Changing my weight, Changing my life one step at a time.
