im 14 years old, and recently relized i need to get more in shape. I love to dance, but i have relized i haven't really improved much in the past year or so. Im just enjoying life, but i want to get more in shape to enjoy it even more.

I relized about a month ago i really should workout, not to loose alot of weight but to gain more strength and flexabitly. So my friend (who is a coach on here) told me about tony hortens 10 minute workouts. Which was prefect fore me considering my busy scheduale. I do the ab workouts and the yogo flex workouts. I am going to start doing the cardio workouts and possibly the full body workout. My gaol is to just get in better shape, i am not really looking t loose alot of weigh, but maintain it.
