I don't know why every time I try to drop weight, I have initial success and then I just fail. My heart is aching because I no longer feel attractive. I try to hide my body under baggy clothes at work. It's a shame because I have great energy. I can work out hard. I believe I've been eating well and I'm at my wits end so all I can do is just try again. So, here I am, 30 yrs old, Nov 2010, just off the scale at 169.7lbs and 5'11. I'm unhappy with how I look. I have tried following diets but I guess I either haven't been strict enough (which just sounds wrong) or even the diets I've followed have been too many calories? I just don't know. So, with a heavy heart, I start the journey again. I have to make it work this time... for my own happiness.
