More statistics| Mertini Big Lake, MN I just turned 29 and decided that I want to be in the best shape of my life before hitting the Dirty Thirty. I'm one of those people referred to as "skinny fat" so I don't have a terrible amount of weight to lose. My goal is 15 pounds and my plan of attack is mixing cardio with P90X and of course clean eating which is going to be my biggest challenge.
