I just turned 29 and decided that I want to be in the best shape of my life before hitting the Dirty Thirty. I'm one of those people referred to as "skinny fat" so I don't have a terrible amount of weight to lose. You know in high school I complained about being "fat" and now, that's my weight goal. Funny how things change! I've always been pretty muscular but now that muscle is hiding behind a layer of fat so I'm just working on shedding that layer. I'll be hitting the Dirty Thirty next year and I want to look and feel amazing.
