My name is Tim. I have been married to my lovely wife, Tammy, for 20 years now. We have two wonderful teenage children ( well maybe I should say wonderful most of the time). My son recently graduated from Triangle Tech for Electrical Maintenance and Construction. He is currently interviewing for work. My daughter is a Senior in high school and my wife home schools her. (as she did with my son).
I currently work for Brockway Mould as a Production Supervisor. We make mould equipment for the glass container industry.
Through the years I have enjoyed many hobbies. Most of these hobbies involve metal in one way or another. My kids and I are currently restoring a 1980 Trans Am.

Transformation story

I have been overweight since childhood. I went over the 200 lb. mark before I was even in high school. Within a year of being married, I shot up to 240 lbs. By my early thirties, my doctor told me I was morbidly obese. In my mid thirties I tipped the scale a Big Mac or two over 300 lbs. I tried many times to lose weight but never had any real or lasting success.
After being scared into making changes because my feet were going numb. I started P90 level 1-2. I have worked my way through P90 3-4, through the Master series and into P90X. I have a long way to go but, I feel better than I have in years. I am down to 227 lbs. and going strong!
