Miami, FL Work/life balance was critical to moving forward with a healthy transformation. I allowed myself at one point to become sedantary and gave in to emotional eating. Driven by a desire to get back into shape brought me back to Team Beachbody.. In 2000, I ran a Marathon and was in the best condition ever. Then I just got lazy. For health and energy reasons, I needed to get back to where I was or Work/life balance was critical to moving forward with a healthy transformation. I allowed myself at one point to become sedantary and gave in to emotional eating. Driven by a desire to get back into shape brought me back to Team Beachbody.. In 2000, I ran a Marathon and was in the best condition ever. Then I just got lazy. For health and energy reasons, I needed to get back to where I was or better. By establishing a goal--running the Chicago Marathon 2008--I established a routine with Power90 and Ten-Minute Trainer. Immediately, I noticed that it built up stamina, toning and overall energy. With confidence, I crossed the finish line in Chicago, am able to ride my bike several miles around my neighborhood, and find myself enjoying life with renewed health.

The journey has been a long one with some false stops along the way. For me, the key was dusting off and starting again. With the encouragement from Power90 and TurboJam workouts, I've been able to change my eating habits, stick to an exercise schedule and even ran the Chicago Marathon in 2008. While the weight loss has been slow but steady, I have lost inches and went down a dress size. Just recently, some friends commented that I looked different, even younger. Yahoo! One major realization is that this process is a lifestyle change. Taking one step at a time, I am reaching my goals.
