More statistics| MikeK0416 LAKE CHARLES, LA I am 55 years old and will be retiring in the spring. I quit smoking cigs this year (now I vape ecigs) and started the Engine2Diet lifestyle in November. I am losing weight (25 lbs in 2012) but am quickly seeing that I will be a skinny fat guy if I do not start exercising and reshaping my body.
