I completed my first 90 days! I did not miss a workout, and my diet was generally good although some days were better than others. Keys for me were not eating 3 hrs before bed time, consistently More ...
I completed my first 90 days! I did not miss a workout, and my diet was generally good although some days were better than others. Keys for me were not eating 3 hrs before bed time, consistently working out in the morning before eating breakfast, and eating from the top 2 tiers of Michi's ladder. I lost 21 pounds, I feel stronger, more flexible and my clothes are fitting a lot better. Looking back, I believe I could have made even more progress if I had started my supplements sooner and upped my weights sooner. No regrets though. Overall, I feel great, and am now moving on to the Masters Series.

P90 has been and continues to be a great program for me. With small modifications, I can do the workouts without further injuring my knee or back. This is allowing me to get back to a point of fitness that I never thought I would see again (and beyond).

It is hard for me to believe that I have been consistently pushing play for over a year now. After P90, I progressed on to P90 Masters, and from there on to P90X which I am still doing. Due to my knee and back, I still do a lot of modifying, but I am still seeing good results. In fact, due to my age and knee/back issues, I never really thought I would achieve some of the personal fitness milestones I have reached. Specifically, when I was in high school and very athletic (I was captain of my high school soccer & track teams), I could do 50 pushups and about 20 chin ups. After a year of the P90 series of products, I can now do 80 pushups and 27 chin ups.

Additionally, as I have worked through the various programs, my bad cholesterol has dropped from 241 to 179 (no meds!), and I have won $1300 so far by playing the MDB game and using WOWY! Not bad for just getting into the habit of pushing play and learning how to eat right!
