From September 2009 I weighed 19 stone (266 pounds) Obviously this wasn't good for my health or my sport, I was finding it difficult as I was carrying excess weight which. How I got involved with exercising and eating clean foods, was from a phone call from my friend just telling me if I wanted to go gym on a normal Saturday afternoon. I wasn't ever thinking of going gym but I just said yes ill go. Ever since I absoloutley glad he called me because now I weigh 13 stone(180 pounds) still continuing on my journey to reach my goals which is to be lean and muscular. Ive enjoyed every minute of working out and the best of is eating healthy foods which will get me the results I need.
