I became a Beach Body Coach so I could share Shakeology. I believe this product is essential to optimal body funtion. I drink Shakeology and I love the taste and the way my body responds to it. It's truly amazing stuff and I always have energy when I drink it. It's a healthy energy that doesn't result in a sugar crash if you know what I mean. And even though I am a college student on a limited budget, Shakeology is still a must have in my kitchen. Shakeology ranks right up there with paying my rent. In fact, I include it into my grocery budget becuase its so important to me. And who doesn't like to drink a tasty chocolate milkshake?

So...how am I Healthifying my lifestyle?
The concept of Healthify came to me just by a typo accident.
Now I am healthifying my life physically using Turbo Jam and P90X. I plan to try them all...Insanity, Turbo Fire, Body Gospel, Chalean Extreme and so many more.

I am also healthifying myself spiritually by using God's Word to teach myslef about what He has to say about fitness and nutrition. The Bible is an amazing guide for a healthy life in Christ and a healthy mind and body. It gives inspiration, encouragement and tons of references to the foods God provides for us...natural, whole foods...and the physical state of many biblical people because of those healthy unprocessed foods.

The added bonus for me is being able to share this opportunity with others. I get to teach other people how to become a coach so they can become financially, physically and spiritually fit too. I am learning how to create financial fitness for myself while living a healthy, vibrant life. To teach others this business is an incredible reward!!
