Started 2006..lost weight.. got in pretty decent shape. Did not workout all of 2008... and the bulges came back with a vengeance! FF 2008...12 lbs lost since January (this is mid March). FF 2009 Back More ...
Started 2006..lost weight.. got in pretty decent shape. Did not workout all of 2008... and the bulges came back with a vengeance! FF 2008...12 lbs lost since January (this is mid March). FF 2009 Back on track. Got Slim in 6. Resumed focused workouts on Monday, June 8, 2009. This is the TRUE beginning of my transformation. I am getting married in the fall. Will complete two rounds before then. I have a year long plan that will take me into P90X by my 30th bday in Aug 2010.
