Sports and dance have always been part of my life, but I've always struggled with a "yo-yo-ing" scale. Since working out with the Beachbody programs, my fitness level is through the roof and I'm finding definition in muscles I never knew I had. The best part? At my last doctor's appt I found out that my blood pressure is lower than average (in a good way), my cholesterol/sugar/and sodium levels are all low, and I have next to no risk of any cardiac problems. Not too bad, if I do say so myself ;) Working out teaches you about discipline, balance, wellness, and overall health-- and if you ask me, those are all the ingredients for major success in life, no matter what your goals are. Whether you need to lose 100 pounds or just maintain your weight, I'm here to help and support you, just as Team Beachbody has done for me.
