Well to tell you a little about me, I am 32 years old and I am a registered nurse. I have been very happily married for 11 years, and we have 2 children. The most important things in my life are God and my family. They are what drive everything I do.
When I was young I was very skinny. I only weighted 103 lbs at age 18. When I graduated college, I weighed about 120-125 lbs which is where I wish I was now. Of course I thought I was fat then but hindsight is 20/20. Anyway after having my children I never really lost all of the weight and I have floundered back and forth since then. I've tried every diet in the book. In fact, since having children, I have dieted more than I have not dieted. I've always hated exercising, so I've never stuck to an exercise program. Being a nurse, I've always known that the key to long term fitness is exercise and a moderate diet. I've taught my patients this for years. I was really glad to find the beach body programs and workouts because they really focus on long term health with RESULTS!

6-4-2008 Okay guys, it's time for me to kick it into gear! I've been pretty unmotivated so far, but I'm about to show you what I can do. I will be going on vacation in 6 weeks with my 52 year old More ...
6-4-2008 Okay guys, it's time for me to kick it into gear! I've been pretty unmotivated so far, but I'm about to show you what I can do. I will be going on vacation in 6 weeks with my 52 year old father who does Iron Men competitions and is in better shape then I have ever been. At 32 years old I should at least be able to keep up with him. I've got the before picture taken. It is horrible! In 6 weeks, I will have the after picture and I will post them both by July 12th. I've got the regimen . I know it works. Now I just have to get off the couch and press play!
8-2-2008 Well it took me a little while to get this posted. I'm sure you all know how busy things get before, during and after vacation. Anyway, I am completely thrilled with my results. In one month I had lost 10 pounds and 9 inches! As you can see by looking at my workout schedule, I was only able to get in about two workouts a week. So, I am so excited to see the results I got despite my crazy schedule. Just imagine what you and I can do if we were to commit to 5 days a week! If you are getting good results too I would love to hear from you. I have only done a few workouts here and there since going on vacation. I have managed to not gain any of my weight back yet, so I'm going to get back in the swing of things before it's too late. Let me know how your doing too.
