Walked out of the Dr's office in April 2012 and ever since I've been dedicated to the Gym and eating more healthy.Spent alot of time doing cardio and shed my first 10 lbs in only a month and half. More ...

Walked out of the Dr's office in April 2012 and ever since I've been dedicated to the Gym and eating more healthy.Spent alot of time doing cardio and shed my first 10 lbs in only a month and half. Wanted to let go of the elliptical machine so i was introduced to the rope. I jump roped so much i started to get shin splinters. My body began to get toned. I would mix few weights but still dedicated to cardio. UNTIL November. I heard about INSANITY and i started to look for the DVD, finally got it and started in December (not such a wise time to start) but i challenged myself and now im on week 5 and feel AMAZING!
