Well as you can see I haven't been doing so well. It's my lack of motivation and eating habits. They suck! Well as you can see that changes have been happening. I have pretty much cut out pop(diet pop on occassain)and just have been drinking water and cut out a lot of junk food. However I do need to more regularly and not to skip breakfast.

Well its been 5 years since I started this amd i have ended up where I started plus some. I have been yo-yoing. My motivation has come and gone. Hopefully this year will be the year because I need something to change!!!!
