Hi. My name is Diana. I'm an ex-sailor. Since my service to my country I've gained more than 40+ pounds. A seditary lifestyle occupied by school, a desk job, and a commute that kept me in the car for more than 3 hours a day drained me of my energy.
A change in jobs offered me the opportunity to kick-start my journey back to healthy. I lost 20 pounds in 2 months then plateaued. I
