It is good to be here! I am trying to wait for p90x to get to me. I have decided to make a profile and diet plan and get ready for it. I am in the middle of my body make over. Two years ago I tried on my summer clothes and was on the verge of buying next size up shorts. I was looking at 56 or 58 inch waists and couldn't bring myself to buy them. Well, at the beginning I only went on a diet. I started with the first 100lbs lost. The doc then told me I couldn't even play golf while we tried to fix my thyroid. Next I started pilates to try and gain some core stregth back. Day 1 is almost here. P90x will arrive in a few days. I can't wait to do some serious working out and get in shape again.

One month down and I feel top notch! My overall strength, cardiovascular limits, and flexability have greatly improved. So far I have lost 9 inches over my chest, waist, hips, thighs, arms, and stomach. Thank you, all the wonderfull wowy partners!
