After learning about Beachbody April/2011 I was hooked!
I was at a point where my youngest son was 2 years old and I felt like this baby weight should have been off, instead I felt like it was just piling on. Walking around with a tire around my waist is how I always described it.
A friend was always taking about the program Insanity and since I was always a gym type of girl, I payed no attention. That is till she sent me her 2 week progress pictures.
I asked no questions and just ordered and started the program.
Insanity gave me the results I needed to start my fitness journey. Gaining muscle and losing only about 6-8 pounds I saw a dramatic difference. And that kept me pushing play for the last 15 months. The results that I have gotten are so over whelming, the confidence you get from seeing the changes and getting those compliments are breath taking.

I followed a few Beachbody Coaches on facebook and that is what pushed me to becoming a coach myself. Seeing the difference they made in other people lives by just being there for support and guidance. Its a great feeling!
