A few years ago I found myself feeling down and out; before I knew it, I turned to food. Thinking back, I can't believe that I would eat and eat until I was tired of eating. This became my comfort More ...
A few years ago I found myself feeling down and out; before I knew it, I turned to food. Thinking back, I can't believe that I would eat and eat until I was tired of eating. This became my comfort mechanism. I wasn't dancing or exercising anymore. I went from a size 3/4 to somewhere around a 13 and weighed at least 180lbs. At that point, I didn't want to know what size I had become. I started to exercise but, would always stop once I met/almost met my goal. Finally, I had enough, I started going to the gym, eating right...but, I pushed myself too hard and ended up in the ER. I got scared and didn't want to exercise anymore for fear that I would land myself in the ER again.
Years later, I started working out with one of my girlfriends. We would do Turbo Jam and Hip Hop Abs. OMG! I absolutely loved it and became hooked. Then I got a hold of 10 Minute Trainer. I've got a super super busy schedule so, this is perfect-it also helps me pace myself so, I don't wind up back in the ER.
I'm seeing results and am absolutely loving this. I won't stop til I get enough and, even then I won't stop...I can't-it feels too good!

09/12/11 So, I just received my order of Shakeology and I'm so excited to start using it. I used it before but, it was only a teaser (the sample size that comes with your dvd order.)
