I went to college to get my bachelors in nutrition/ dietetics, but also studied to be a trainer because the food you eat needs to be used through exercise to make your body strong. In the world we live in, we are so used to thinking that food is for taste purposes, but it's really a fuel for your FIRE.
I think the biggest lesson one can learn is to NEVER GIVE UP, even when your feeling down. All that hard work WILL pay off in the end! You just have to take baby steps, be consistent, and they will turn into strides of success.
My passion is making ordinary people see their true potential. I am a also a supplemental specialist and love anything that has to do with natural remedies. I have competed in marathons, bodybuilding competitions, and do a little modeling here and there.
I get very bored of traditional cardio, so the Beachbody workouts are the best things ever invented! It's completely different from traditional cardio and ALL the programs really do work. All you have to do is follow through with them and you'll see amazing results! I love Turbojam, Insanity, and now the new TurboFire and do them 4-5 days a week! They helped me shape my body into something I only dreamed about, and I also feel empowered to take control of the rest of my life. Thats what taking control of your health can really do.
I joined Beachbody to help others achieve what they desire, All it takes for me is a little motivation. Everyone deserves to be excited about getting dressed in the morning, knowing that you can fit in any of your clothes and look HOT without even trying!

As I begun to realize that extreme dieting and little exercise was making me tired, unhealthy, and unhappy, I decided to do something about it and transform into something I desired: a strong, healthy, fit individual who practices limitless motivation.
