My road to health sucess was a long journey full of education and experience.
As I begun to realize that extreme dieting and little exercise was making me tired, unhealthy, and unhappy, I decided to do something about it and transform into something I desired: a strong, healthy, fit individual who practices limitless motivation. This means not only making short term goals in which a reward is given in small amounts, but long term goals so that my rewards can be living a better life overall.
