I've been working very diligently at pushing play. It's been a difficult task, though. When I first began P90, I couldn't even do two situps. And forget the push-ups. I thought I was going to die, More ...
I've been working very diligently at pushing play. It's been a difficult task, though. When I first began P90, I couldn't even do two situps. And forget the push-ups. I thought I was going to die, they were so difficult. But now that's a different story. I'm able to do all of the AB Ripper 100 and can finish Sculpt 1&2 with no problem whatsoever. Cardio 1&2 has been more challenging for me, but I manage. Regardless, I'm ready to move on to Sculpt 3&4 and Ab Ripper 200. I may continue doing Cardio 1&2 for about another week or so. I'm not sure. I'm pretty hard on myself, so who knows what I'll do.

As for how I have been feeling. I'm doing much better than I was when I first began P90. My girls are great inspirations for me. They say that I'm moving along nicely and that they can really see a difference. I, on the other hand, am a little more critical. I can't really see a huge difference, but my clothes are fitting a little better. So, I'll continue forward toward my goal (wearing a bikini and looking good in it) and I'll see you back here in December.

Update 12/8/07--Okay, so now my clothes are fitting differently and some people are noticing the difference. I wore a pair of jeans that I had'nt fit into in a couple of years for my grandson's birthday party and several people commented on how good I looked. It felt great. I'm more motivated now than ever. The workouts have become more intense. They feel more difficult, but I'm not sure what that is about, because I'm able to finish them. Point is I do them everyday. I'll keep on with my workouts and check back here in January. I have a new goal and that is to begin P90X when I feel I am physically able to do the minimum required. Oh, by the way, I'm able to do Cardio 3&4 and Sculpt 3&4 with no problem. I'm so excited. The ab ripper 200 on the other hand is a little tougher. I guess that will continue to challenge me for a while. I'll overcome this, though. I'm bigger than this.
