Hello! I am a 42 year old wife & mother of 2 girls. I believe in having a healthy lifestyle that includes eating right and staying active. I am a very busy woman and I am always Multi Tasking but I still try to sneak in my workouts. Even if you only have 10 minutes a day you can still get in a workout.

I love the Beachbody Community. I log in my workouts and I see everyone else working out with me it's great. I really like trying the recipes in Thin Kitchen they are wonderful I tell everyone about them.
